Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible
SilverLock SARL AU ("SilverLock", "we"), Bluzelle Centre, 56 rue Brahim Roudani, Imm. 56, Appt. N2, Océan, Rabat, Maroc, is responsible for the personal data described here. It handles it under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. CNDP declaration or authorization: communicated on request. 2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website fahmek.com, its pilot request form and the emails we exchange with you. It does not cover the fahmek software installed by our customers: it runs on their own systems, we never receive the messages it processes, and each customer is responsible for that processing.
3. What we collect
- Through the pilot request form: your name, work email, phone (optional), organization, role (optional), city and country (optional), your answers about the project (deployment, gateway, number of users, timeline, project context), the language of the form and the date.
- When you write to us: your email address and what you write.
- When you visit the Site: our host processes your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the Site and protect it. We do not use this data to identify you.
The public Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Installations of fahmek whose customer turned on the integrity report send us the status of their licence (licence and site identifiers, version, clock, fingerprints). These reports contain no personal data.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your pilot request and, if you wish, to organize the pilot. The basis is the consent you give in the form.
- To answer your emails.
- To keep the Site secure, which is our legitimate interest.
We do not send you marketing without your separate consent, we do not sell your data, and we do not profile you.
5. Who receives it
Only the SilverLock staff who handle your request. Our providers process it on our instructions:

6. Transfers outside Morocco
These providers are located outside Morocco. We transfer data to them under the conditions set by law 09-08, including the authorization of the CNDP where it is required.
7. How long we keep it
A pilot request is kept while we handle it. If no pilot or agreement follows, it is deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange. If an agreement follows, the contact details are kept for its duration. The host keeps its technical logs for a short period set by its own policy.
8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS only. The request database cannot be reached from a browser, access to it is restricted to the staff concerned, and your contact details are never written to our application logs.
9. Your rights
You may access the data we hold about you, correct it, object to its processing for legitimate reasons, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to Silverlock1@hotmail.com. We answer within the time the law sets. You may also file a complaint with the CNDP (Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel, www.cndp.ma).
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published here, with its date. In case of difference between the French and English versions, the French version prevails.
