Website terms of use
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to the website fahmek.com (the "Site"), published by SilverLock SARL AU ("SilverLock", "we"). By using the Site, you accept them. The fahmek and auto-gad software is not licensed by these terms: its use is governed by the software license terms and by the agreement signed with SilverLock.
2. Information only
The Site describes fahmek as it stands on the date of each page. It is not legal, security or compliance advice, and it is not a contractual offer. Features, limits and documentation may change from one version to the next. Only a signed agreement binds SilverLock.
3. Documentation and examples
The documentation and examples are provided as they are, to help you evaluate and install fahmek. Test any configuration in your own environment before using it in production. All identifiers shown are fictitious.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for an unlawful purpose;
- try to access the license console, the APIs or any system behind the Site without authorization, or to bypass their security;
- overload, scan or scrape the Site in a way that disrupts it;
- send personal data of other people, real customer data, malicious code or unlawful content through the Site's forms.
5. Pilot requests
When you send a pilot request, the information you give must be accurate. We use it only to answer you, as described in the privacy policy. A request creates no obligation for either party: a pilot starts only under a written agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content are protected, as described in the legal notice.
7. Links
The Site links to third-party websites that SilverLock does not control. SilverLock is not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Availability and liability
The Site is provided as available, without any guarantee that it is uninterrupted, error-free or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, SilverLock is not liable for any indirect damage, loss of data or loss of business resulting from the use of the Site or from its unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes
SilverLock may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on the Site, with its date.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts with jurisdiction over SilverLock's registered office settle the dispute.
11. Language
These terms exist in French and in English. In case of difference, the French version prevails.
